Refund & Cancellation Policy for Web Cashflow Forecast
Last updated: March 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled for the Web Cashflow Forecasting web application (“the Service”). Please read this policy together with the Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Billing
Web Cashflow Forecasting operates on a recurring subscription model.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from within your account or by contacting support.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 You may cancel at any time
You can cancel your subscription at any point during your billing cycle.
2.2 Continued access until the end of the period
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew again.
- You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
- No further payments will be taken unless you choose to resubscribe.
2.3 Effect of cancellation on your data
Before closing your account, you may delete all financial data you have entered.
If your account is closed, any remaining data will be permanently deleted within 30 to 60 days.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Standard Refunds
Because subscription fees are paid in advance and you retain access for the remainder of the billing period, refunds are not generally offered for:
- Partial months
- Unused time
- Accidental non‑cancellations
3.2 Exceptional Circumstances
A refund may be considered at my discretion in exceptional cases, including (but not limited to):
- A demonstrable technical error preventing use of the Service
- Duplicate charges caused by a Stripe processing error
- Serious service outages lasting an extended period
Refund decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.
3.3 How refunds are processed
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued through Stripe, back to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
4. Renewal Reminders
Before your subscription renews:
- You may receive an email reminder near the renewal date.
- These reminders are functional messages (not marketing).
You remain responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
5. Account Closure
Closing your account is separate from subscription cancellation.
When you close your account:
- Subscription cancellation will occur (if not already done).
- Your financial data will be deleted within 30–60 days.
- Your Azure Entra ID will not be deleted (as it is controlled by Microsoft), but it will no longer be linked to any Web Cashflow Forecast data.
