Terms of Service for Web Cashflow Forecast

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Web Cashflow Forecast web application (“the Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service
Web Cashflow Forecast is a web‑based application that enables users to perform cashflow calculations and related financial modelling. Users can create an account, enter financial data, and access the Service on a subscription basis.
You retain full control over the financial data you input.
2. Eligibility
You must
- Be at least 18 years old
- Use the Service for lawful purposes only
- Provide a valid email address and authenticate via Azure Entra External ID
You are responsible for ensuring your login credentials remain secure.
3. Accounts and Authentication
Authentication is handled through Azure Entra External ID, a Microsoft identity system.
- Your login credentials are not stored by Web Cashflow Forecast.
- Microsoft provides Web Cashflow Forecast with a secure identifier and your email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Microsoft identity.
If your Azure Entra ID is compromised, you must notify Microsoft and update your credentials.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Web Cashflow Forecast operates on a subscription model.
Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure third‑party payment processor.
By subscribing, you agree that:
- You authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method.
- Subscription fees are payable in advance.
- Renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The Service does NOT:
- Store credit card numbers
- Store billing addresses
- Handle your payment data directly
All payment details are processed under Stripe’s own terms.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support.
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not typically offered for partially used billing periods, but may be granted at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.
6. User‑Generated Financial Data
You may input financial information into the Service (“User Data”).
You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter.
- You will not enter unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content.
- You grant Web Cashflow Forecast permission to store and process your User Data solely for providing the Service.
Financial data is NOT used for:
- Analytics
- Marketing
- Selling to third parties
7. Data Deletion and Account Closure
Before closing your account, you may delete all your User Data manually.
Upon account closure:
- Any remaining data will be deleted within 30–60 days.
- Your Azure Entra ID is not deleted by Web Cashflow Forecast because it is controlled by Microsoft, not by this Service.
- After deletion, no financial data or email address remains associated with your account.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse‑engineer, copy, or resell the Service
- Damage, disrupt, or overload the Service
- Use the Service to conduct unlawful or fraudulent activity
Any breach may result in immediate account termination without refund.
9. Service Availability
Web Cashflow Forecast is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
I aim to ensure high availability, but:
- I do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Planned maintenance may occur with notice
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
I may update or modify the Service at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, design, text, graphics, and other intellectual property within Web Cashflow Forecast remains the property of Christopher J Bell.
You may not:
- Reproduce
- Modify
- Distribute
- Create derivative works
…without prior written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Web Cashflow Forecast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
I do not guarantee that:
- The Service will meet all your specific needs
- The results generated will be accurate for financial decisions
- The Service will be error‑free or uninterrupted
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any calculations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
- My total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
- I am not responsible for losses arising from decisions you make based on outputs from the Service.
13. Third‑Party Providers
The Service relies on providers including:
- Microsoft Azure (hosting & identity)
- Stripe (payments)
I am not responsible for failures or breaches by third‑party systems beyond my reasonable control.
14. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated via email or in‑app notice.
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales
